New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- The Western Air Command of the Indian Air Force conducted a seminar for Station Master Warrant Officers (MWOs) at its headquarters, with discussions focusing on improving the working environment, addressing common challenges and strengthening welfare measures for air warriors and their families.

The seminar, held at HQ Western Air Command (WAC), was presided over by Air Marshal George Thomas, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, WAC, and attended by Station MWOs from across the Command's area of responsibility.

According to the IAF spokesperson, the seminar provided a common platform for the Station MWOs to share best practices, exchange ideas and deliberate on areas requiring improvement. The discussions covered issues...
