Durgapur, July 16 -- International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) has chosen value addition to this year's Rath Yatra festival in West Bengal's industrial town Durgapur, where the idols of Lord Rama, his family and sage Viswamitra have been accommodated in dedicated pavilions.
For the first time, the chariot festival has brought the scenes from the entire life of Lord Rama for the devotees and visitors.
The organisers said the exhibition accommodates deities of the lead Ramayana characters depicting the key episodes of the epic, including Rama's childhood, his journey with Sage Vishwamitra, Sita Swayamvara and their 14 years of exile, Sita's abduction, Hanuman's Lanka expedition, Ravana's defeat, and Rama's return to Ayodhya....
