Patna, May 8 -- : Newly-appointed Social Welfare Minister Shweta Gupta today said that ensuring the benefits of government welfare schemes reach the poorest and most deprived sections of society would be her top priority.
After assuming charge as Bihar's Social Welfare Minister, Gupta held a detailed review meeting with senior departmental officials and assessed the progress and implementation status of various welfare schemes.
