Lucknow, March 16 -- With the activation of a Western Disturbance, a noticeable shift in weather patterns is being observed across Uttar Pradesh.

A decline in temperatures has been recorded in several parts of the state due to light rainfall and showers accompanied by thunder and lightning.

According to the Meteorological Centre in Lucknow, the interaction between westerly and easterly winds-influenced by an active Western Disturbance positioned over northern Punjab and a cyclonic circulation formed over southern Haryana-has led to these changes.
