Jammu, June 6 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday said authorities were dismantling the drug trade chain and the network at every level and warned that there would be "no mercy" for narco-terrorists and drug smugglers operating in the union Territory.
"We are breaking the chain of the drug trade at every single link. Whether it's cross-border smugglers, peddlers, or terror financiers, there is no safe haven. Our agencies are hunting down every narco-terrorist and permanently dismantling their networks," Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha assured the people of the union Territory, highlighting the robust anti-drug campaign while addressing a public rally in Kishtwar.
