Kolkata, Sept. 14 -- Ahead of the forthcoming municipal elections, the BJP has announced a revamped team of spokespersons and media functionaries in West Bengal, bringing back several leaders who had held prominent organisational positions during the party's difficult years in the state.
Significantly, Sayantan Bose and Keya Ghosh have once again been entrusted with the responsibility of spokespersons after a considerable gap. Saptarshi Chowdhury, who was heading the state BJP's social media cell, has also been appointed as a spokesperson. Upamanyu Bhattacharya will now take charge as the social media convener, while Joy Mallick has been appointed convener of the IT department.
