New Delhi, June 2 -- Prasar Bharati's digital streaming platform WAVES OTT has crossed the milestone of one crore registered users, marking a significant achievement for India's growing public service digital media ecosystem less than two years after its launch in November 2024.
The platform, which has emerged as one of the country's most comprehensive public streaming destinations, currently offers free access to more than 24,000 content titles and over 15,000 hours of programming spanning entertainment, news, education, culture, spirituality and public service content.
