New Delhi, July 13 -- The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) has invited proposals from industry associations, organisations, and institutions in the Media and Entertainment (M&E) sector for designing and executing industry-led challenges under the second season of the create in India Challenge (CIC), a flagship initiative of the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2027.
The Ministry has launched a unified online portal for submission of proposals, selection of challenges and executing entities through a transparent and merit-based process. Interested entities can submit their proposals by July 31, 2026, through the official portal.
