Hyderabad, April 13 -- Tensions flared between the ruling Congress and the opposition BRS on Monday, with Congress leaders issuing strong warnings against what they termed "false propaganda" targeting Minister for Women and Child Welfare, Danasari Anasuya Seethakka.
At a press conference held at Gandhi Bhavan, TPCC General Secretary Chanagani Dayakar cautioned critics against spreading misinformation.
"Efforts should be directed towards addressing public issues. If false propaganda is carried out against our leaders, we will respond strongly," he said, warning of consequences if "false stories" continue to be circulated.
