Varanasi, Oct. 31 -- Vice President C P Radhakrishnan today said that religion may face a temporary crisis, but it cannot be permanent.
"This Dharamshala building is a testimony to this. It has faced so many crises, but ultimately, religion has triumphed," he said while inaugurating a Dharamshala built by the Sri Kashi Nattukottai Nagar Satram Management Society here.
Vice President said, "I came to Kashi about twenty-five years ago. I was a non-vegetarian then. In 2000, I became a vegetarian. After bathing in the Ganges here, I became a vegetarian.
