Thiruvananthapuram, April 6 -- In a novel initiative to motivate young voters to come out and vote for the April 9 assembly elections in Kerala, a lively dance video featuring Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala, Rathan U Kelkar, IAS, has gone viral on social media.
Chief Election Commissioner of India Gyanesh Kumar had launched the video song at Kochi earlier.
