Bengaluru, April 21 -- Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the Congress government in the state, alleging administrative failure and negligence in handling transport workers' demands and public welfare concerns.

In a statement posted on social media, he said the government's failure to address transport workers' demands would lead to inconvenience for students, employees and daily commuters across the state. He also referred to recent electricity tariff hikes, claiming they have added to the burden on the public.
