Bengaluru, July 26 -- BJP Karnataka President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Sunday demanded a thorough probe into the alleged irregularities in the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) recruitment of 400 veterinary officers, alleging large-scale corruption and assuring full support to students protesting against the recruitment process.
Addressing reporters here, Vijayendra said a leaked audio clip purportedly linked to the recruitment process had raised serious concerns, as it allegedly suggested that candidates were promised higher marks in exchange for money. Such allegations had severely dented the credibility of the KPSC, he said.
