Kolar, Aug. 9 -- BJP Karnataka president Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Sunday demanded that former Minister B Nagendra be dropped from the Karnataka Cabinet, announcing that the party would intensify its campaign against his re-induction into the Council of Ministers.
Speaking in Kolar, Vijayendra said the BJP would raise the issue in the State Legislature when the Assembly session begins and continue its agitation demanding that Nagendra be removed from the Cabinet.
"There are serious allegations of corruption against Nagendra and a chargesheet has also been filed against him. The BJP will oppose his re-induction into the Cabinet," he said.
