Bengaluru, Aug. 5 -- BJP Karnataka President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Wednesday alleged that the Congress government's Cabinet expansion was tainted by "cash-for-berth" politics, claiming that the exercise was driven by money power and High Command interference rather than governance or public welfare.
