Chennai, June 4 -- With the DMK moving out of the INDIA Bloc and deciding to boycott the June 8 meeting wounded by Congress' backstabbing and betrayal, the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) is likely to replace the Dravidian major with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay expected to make his national foray by utilising this opportunity.

Having cemented and further strengthened the TVK's alliance with the Congress by giving two Ministerial berths in his cabinet as well as a Rajya Sabha seat, which Vijay could have retained for the TVK, he is interested in playing a part in national politics along with the Congress-led opposition combine.
