Chennai, June 11 -- Pledging his government's wholehearted support as a developed India could be built only through empowered States, cooperative federalism, and inclusive development, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay addressed key issues concerning the state, while seeking release of pending SSA funds without linking to NEP and insisting on 3-language formula, exemption from NEET and solving the vexatious fishermen issues, support for Comprehensive Disaster Management Mission aimed at zero causalty, among other things and set up second AIIMS at the Textile city of Coimbatore.
