Chennai, June 9 -- Asserting that atrocities against women could never be tolerated and expressing his commitment for zero tolerance on crime against them, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay stressed the need for greter awarness and behavioural change.
Speaking after launching the 'Singapenn' Special Force, a dedicated unit aimed at tackling crimes against women across the state and enhance their security, he termed the initiative as deeply personal and asserted that atrocities against women would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
