Chennai, July 19 -- Chief Minister C.Joseph Vijay, himself a popular actor, on Sunday congratulated Tamil film personalities for bringing home 10 honours at the 72nd National Film Awards, calling the achievement a proud moment for the Tamil film industry and the State.
