New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- In the light of the Delhi government's plans to develop the Yamuna river bank, PWD, Irrigation and Flood Control Minister, Parvesh Verma along with officials was in Gujarat, for studying the Sabarmati riverfront project.
According to the minister, he had a detailed tour of the Sabarmati riverfront, and also met the officials in Gujarat. The minister said that the Sabarmati model will be studied closely, and the best practices from the same will be used as per the requirements in the national capital, which will help develop a river front of world standards.
In a post on social media platfom X, Verma stated that boundless possibilities for the rejuvenation of Yamuna became even clearer with the important study tour. H...
