Kaithal, Oct. 17 -- Vehicles without High Security Registration Plates (HSRPs) will be fined in Haryana's Kaithal district from November 1, Superintendent of Police Manpreet Singh Sudan said on Saturday.
The district traffic police will conduct a special awareness campaign throughout October to inform motorists about the requirement and ensure compliance before enforcement begins. The rule will apply to all vehicles, including motorcycles and cars.
Under the SP's direction, traffic police personnel led by DSP Ramesh Chandra and District Traffic Police Station in-charge Inspector Ramesh Kumar are educating drivers about the importance of HSRPs and the rules governing their installation.
