Lucknow, April 19( UNI) To safeguard children against serious infectious diseases such as Diphtheria and Tetanus, a statewide school-based Tetanus-Diphtheria (TD) vaccination campaign will be conducted from Monday till April 30.Under this campaign, eligible school children will be administered the DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, and Tetanus) booster dose to strengthen their immunity and prevent the spread of infection at the community level.According to State Immunization Officer Dr. Ajay Gupta, here on Sunday that considering the seasonal period that is conducive to the spread of Diphtheria, the school-based TD/DPT campaign will be carried out on April 20, 21, 23, 24, 27, and 28.This campaign will be implemented across all government and gover...
