Dehradun, Oct. 16 -- Uttarakhand police has registered a criminal complaint against the husband of State Cabinet minister Rekha Arya on latter's complaint for alleged threat to life, casteist abuse, beating and criminal conspiracy.
Arya lodged a formal compaint against her husband Girdhari Lal Sahu, after receiving an audio clip of his talking to a woman that went viral on social media.
