Washington/ Abu Dhabi, Nov. 3 -- The United States will mediate fresh working-level peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi on November 10 and 11, US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff has announced, as President Donald Trump intensifies efforts to bring an end to the ongoing war.
Announcing the development in a post on X, Witkoff said the discussions would focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian assistance and the next steps towards achieving a peace agreement.
He said the negotiations are part of President Trump's efforts to end the conflict and establish lasting peace between the two countries.
