Tehran, March 31 -- Strikes by US and Israeli forces have hit a psychiatric hospital in Tehran and a key cancer medication facility, sparking alarm over attacks on medical infrastructure amid a rapidly escalating conflict.

Iranian state media reported that the Delaram Sina Psychiatric Hospital in the capital was damaged earlier this week during an overnight strike. Around 30 patients were inside the facility at the time, according to hospital authorities, though no official casualty figures have been released.

In a separate incident on Tuesday, one of Iran's largest producers of anti-cancer drugs and anesthetics was also struck, raising concerns about disruptions to critical medical supplies.
