New Delhi, April 5 -- In a ''miraculous search and rescue operation'', the United States has rescued and safely ''retrieved'' from deep inside Iranian territory the two fighter pilots who went missing on Saturday after Iranian forces shot down two American aircraft, President Donald Trump announced on Sunday morning.
''WE GOT HIM! My fellow Americans. The pilot is now SAFE and SOUND,'' Trump said.
He said this ''miraculous'' Search and Rescue Operation comes in addition to a successful rescue of another brave Pilot yesterday, adding that the US did not confirm the second pilot's rescue because they did not want to jeopardize the second rescue operation.
