Washington, Nov. 29 -- US President Donald Trump has announced that he will be moving to revoke and nullify all the executive orders issued by his predecessor Joe Biden that were signed using an autopen, claiming the device was used unlawfully and without proper presidential authorisation.
This will also extend to the big batch of pardons and commutations issued by Biden through the use of his clemency powers during his final weeks in office, which have drawn particular scrutiny, with many viewing them as rushed, while Trump alleged that Biden did not sign them personally, therefore calling them illegitimate.
