New York, Aug. 26 -- World No. 2 and second seed Iga Swiatek of Poland cruised into the second round of the US Open with a commanding 6-1, 6-2 victory over Colombia's Emiliana Arango today, needing just over an hour in Arthur Ashe Stadium.
