Washington, June 17 -- US negotiators are pushing to release the text of the agreement between Washington and Tehran as soon as possible, even as administration officials play down the importance of its wording.
According to US officials, the bilaterally agreed upon memorandum of understanding is intentional in its broad design, and was intended largely to facilitate the conditions for conducting more detailed negotiations on more outstanding issues rather than settle major disputes.
