Geneva, Feb. 26 -- US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner held more than three hours of negotiations in Geneva with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi over Iran's nuclear programme, in an attempt to settle both sides' outstanding differences and reach a mutually agreeable settlement.

Noted to be substantive, the talks, which resumed later in the day after a short break, are being facilitated by Badr al-Busaidi, reports Axios.

A pivotal mediator, Oman has long been shuttling messages between the two sides while also hosting indirect exchanges between Tehran and Washington.
