Washington/ Tehran, June 28 -- The fragile 14-point Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed by the United States and Iran on June 17 to halt military operations for 60 days and launch negotiations, came under intense strain on Sunday as Washington and Tehran exchanged strikes for a fourth consecutive day, while U.S. allies in the Gulf said they had intercepted Iranian drones.
