Pune, Feb. 10 -- Mental health concerns in Pune increasingly reflect persistent stress, anxiety, and emotional distress rather than isolated or brief episodes, according to internal mental health trends from Mpower, an initiative of the Aditya Birla Education Trust, led by its Founder and Chairperson, Neerja Birla.

A city-specific mental health study by Mpower indicates that around four in five Pune residents report some form of mental health issue, including prevalent anxiety, panic symptoms and depression - particularly among youth and young adults.
