Hyderabad, Jan. 22 -- Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy-led 'Telangana Rising' delegation has secured another major investment during the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026, with UPC Volt signing an MoU to establish a 100 MW AI-ready data centre in the upcoming Bharat Future City.

UPC Volt is a joint venture between Netherlands-based UPC Renewables Group and VOLT Data Centres, and focuses on developing high-performance, energy-efficient AI data centre infrastructure.

As per the MoU, the company will invest Rs 5,000 crore over five years, and the project is expected to generate over 3,000 direct and indirect jobs during construction and more than 800 direct and indirect jobs during operations.
