Lucknow, Nov. 11 -- The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has given the green signal to six new real estate projects worth approximately Rs 863.94 crore, marking another stride toward enhancing transparency, accountability, and investor confidence in the state's real estate sector.
The approvals were granted during the 188th meeting of the Authority, held under the chairmanship of Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairperson, UP RERA, at the Authority's headquarters. Senior officials and subject experts were also present at the meeting.
