Lucknow, Nov. 1 -- Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 15 new projects across eight districts of the state, with a total estimated investment of Rs 2,434 crore. This major development marks another step towards promoting transparency, accountability, and balanced growth in Uttar Pradesh's real estate sector.

The decision was taken during the 187th Authority meeting, held at the UP RERA headquarters under the chairmanship of Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairperson, UP RERA, an official spokesman disclosed here on Friday evening. The meeting was attended by many senior officials.
