Lucknow, Sept. 11 -- Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) approved 13 new real estate projects across six districts of the state on Friday. These projects involve an estimated investment of around Rs 2,380.04 crore and will lead to the development of 4,724 residential and commercial units.
The approved projects are expected to expand residential and commercial facilities across various cities of the state. Increased construction activity is also likely to generate new employment opportunities.
The projects were approved during the 212th and 213th Authority Meetings held at the UP RERA headquarters and were chaired by UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy.
