Lucknow, Aug. 30 -- The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the interests of homebuyers and ensuring transparency in the real estate sector, registering 208 projects between January and August 2025.
With this achievement, UP RERA is on track to surpass previous milestones in project registrations building upon the remarkable growth momentum of 2024, when 259 projects were registered - the highest number since RERA's inception in the State.
With four months still remaining and season of Navratri and Deepawali arriving, the number of registration of projects is all set to make a new record which augurs well for the real estate sector of the state.
