Lucknowi, May 4 -- Uttar Pradesh Agriculture, Agricultural Education, and Agricultural Research Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, while reviewing the Weather Information & Network Data System (WINDS) scheme today, expressed deep displeasure over the inordinate delays in the work and directed strict action against the concerned agencies.
In a meeting here, Minister Shahi stated that the UP government is committed to providing accurate weather-based information to farmers, ensuring that the benefits of other agricultural schemes, including the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, reach them in a transparent and effective manner.
