Lucknow, April 14 -- Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday blamed the BJP government for the Noida incident yesterday when factory workers' agitation for higher wages turned violent.

"What happened in Noida was a government failure; their intelligence failed. The government knew about it, but they allowed it to happen. The Chief Minister is responsible. If this is a major conspiracy, the Chief Minister and the BJP are guilty," he said.
