Lucknow, Sept. 3 -- Uttar Pradesh government has intensified monitoring of arrangements to provide better civic amenities to citizens in urban areas during the rains.
In this regard, state Urban Development Minister Arvind Kumar Sharma held a meeting with senior officials and reviewed various arrangements, including drainage, drain cleaning, and drinking water supply. He instructed officials to ensure citizens do not face any inconvenience during the rains and that waterlogging problems are resolved immediately.
