Lucknow, April 21 -- Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandi Ben Patel has approved the convening of a special session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly on April 30 to discuss the Nari Shakti Vandan Amendment Bill.
The state government approved the convening of the special session through the Cabinet by circulation on Sunday, after which the proposal was sent to the Governor, who then approved it.
