Lucknow, June 23 -- Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Tuesday described the Aliganj coaching centre fire as heartbreaking.
He said that not only he but everyone, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is saddened by the incident. The culprits will not be spared, he added.
Speaking to reporters, the deputy chief minister said, "The accident was heartbreaking. An investigation has been ordered. Action will be taken against the guilty officers."He added that the government will identify all institutions and locations where fire safety standards are being ignored.
