Lucknow, May 1 -- Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai was rushed to the hospital on Friday when he fell ill at the state party headquarters. According to party sources Rai suddenly fainted and his health deteriorated.
He was immediately admitted to Medanta Hospital and being treated in the emergency room under the supervision of expert doctors.
According to reports, Ajay Rai was attending a party event on Friday and during the event, he complained of pain, and discomfort. He fainted shortly afterward. He was admitted to the emergency ward at Medanta Hospital under the supervision of doctors.
