Lucknow, Nov. 5 -- Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Ajay Rai has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of senior party leader and spokesperson for the Indian National Congress Amarnath Agarwal.
In his condolence message, Ajay Rai stated that the death of Amarnath Agarwal is an irreparable loss for the party. He was not only an excellent speaker but also a very dedicated and committed party worker.
Amarnath Agarwal had been unwell for the past two months and had been admitted to Medanta, Gurugram, for the past one month. He breathed his last at a private hospital in Gurugram today afternoon.
Rai stated that the entire Congress family is shocked and saddened by the tragic death of Amarnath Agarwal.
