Varanasi, June 17 -- To mark the completion of 12 successful years of the Narendra Modi Government, a cleanliness drive was launched on Wednesday at Mandvi Lake, Manduadih, inthe Rohaniya Assembly constituency in Varanasi, the PM's constituency.
BJP State President and union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary participated in the cleanliness drive along with local workers.
He stated that a clean India is the hallmark of a prosperous India, and every citizen should contribute to this. A massive tree plantation drive was also organized during the event under the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign.
