Lucknow, Feb. 28 -- The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), Lucknow, has arrested another accused involved in subversive activities along with raising funds for radical activities, officials confirmed on Friday.
A case in this connection (Case Crime No. 14/2025) was already registered under Sections 152, 196, 318(4), 338, 340, and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)-2023 by the ATS.
According to officials, the accused, Altamash Fareedi, son of Askar Fareedi and a resident of Rajabpur police station area in Amroha district, Uttar Pradesh, was arrested on Thursday from Amroha.
