Lucknow, July 24 -- The Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccination campaign aimed at protecting adolescent girls from the serious disease of cervical cancer in Uttar Pradesh has achieved a significant milestone.
Launched in March 2026, this special campaign has successfully vaccinated over four lakh adolescent girls aged 14-15 years in the state. This achievement is a testament to the state government's strong commitment to protecting girls' health, preventing cancer, and strengthening preventive health services.
