Lucknow, Sept. 7 -- Uttar Pradesh is becoming the leading state of the country in the food processing sector, as two residents of the state living in Australia and Vienna have invested in the UP Food Processing Industry Policy-2023 in fruit and sugarcane product processing in the state, respectively, official sources said here.
