Jaunpur, Jan. 26 -- The District Police today arrested five people, including a woman, on charges of allegedly attempting to carry out religious conversion.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police (City) A. Srivastava, the action was taken by the Line Bazar police station team. The arrests were made under the leadership of Station In-Charge Satish Kumar Singh, along with Crime Inspector Vijay Shankar Yadav and woman constable Aarti Singh.
