Kanpur, April 29 -- A heartbreaking incident was reported from the Maharajpur area, where a woman and her two young daughters died after allegedly consuming a poisonous substance in Najafgarh village.
The woman, identified as 35-year-old Chandni, had been living at her parental home for the past five years following marital issues. About three years ago, her marriage ended in divorce through a village panchayat (local council). According to family members, she had been under severe financial and emotional stress since then.
